I am huanted by assignments, exams, deadlines, and a general sense of impending doom, I will review some milk I've had.

MILK: Wegmans

Family Farmstead Whole Milk ❤

Low-temp pasteurization right off the bat. Got it without hesitation and I knew it'd be up to my standards. Upon the first sip, I could taste a distinct "rawness" from the milk. This "rawness" is unlike uncooked meat from which exudes a possibly repelling odor. It is a "farm-fresh" undertone in the taste that's probably due to preservation of milk proteins and enzymes from low temperature pasteurization as supposed to ultra. This milk has some cream-top to it, especially visible on the lid when I first opened it. I was also able to detect a whiff of fresh milk, which is a good sign for its flavour. Like Ran-Lew and Kalona, this milk also carries a lingering after taste. Did I ever explain how I taste the "aftertaste"? When you pronounce "hmm", it is as if you send air from your throat to your nasal and oral cavity. Apply this while holding a sip of milk in your mouth and you'd be able to get the "aftertaste". Overall a surprise find amongst most other brands I've had so far. Not many milk brands are low-temp pasteurized afterall.
